Excellent experience at Volvo Car Malaysia Ara Damansara Service Centre, and a big shout out to Faris for the way he handled my service. He got my S60 done ahead of the promised time and stayed responsive throughout — updates came without me having to chase for them. He was also proactive in flagging a few other parts that were starting to give trouble, explained clearly why they needed attention, and placed the order straight away. The parts arrived within a week, so the second visit for the replacement work came quickly. What really stood out was how accommodating he was. When I needed to drop the car off the night before my appointment, he arranged with the security guard to take my key so I could leave it safely after hours. I also left the car there for a few extra days after the work was done, and that was never an issue. Attentive, well-organised, and genuinely looking out for the customer. "The sheer strength of the Volvo XC60." On August 28, 2026, at around 10:20 AM, a trailer parked on the main entrance ramp of KKM Kompleks E in Putrajaya, Malaysia, slowly rolled backward after the driver stepped away for a moment. It collided with vehicles parked near the main entrance behind it. However, the Volvo XC60 withstood the immense weight pushing against it and brought the trailer to a halt. Had the trailer rolled all the way to the nearby main road, it could have resulted in a catastrophic traffic disaster, but the Volvo XC60 held its ground and prevented it. Service advisor Faris is very attentive, and will try his best to ensure all matters are solved immediately. His boss Afnan is also there to make sure all things are attended to.
